Yoga Class Descriptions

FLOW 1- NON - HEATED. Build strength, balance, and flexibility. In our E-flow 1 class, you'll learn to link your breathing to movement as you flow through a sequence of poses designed to get the body moving in all directions. This class is great for all skill levels, and if you're newer, we'll break down the fundamental postures making this class fun, easy, and accessible to everyone!

FLOW 2 - HEATED 95-99 degrees. Build strength, balance, and flexibility. In our E-flow 2 class, you'll learn to link your breathing to movement as you flow through a sequence of poses designed to get the body moving in all directions. In this class instructors will offer new layers to challenge your practice, aimed specifically in arm balances and inversions so you can grow at your own pace.

HOT - HEATED 99 degrees. Inspired by the traditional "26 postures of hot yoga" series, the pace of this class is steady and focuses on static holds versus repetition. A great class for all levels and set to music.

EXpress - HEATED 95-99 degrees. Don't have time to work out? With our E-Xpress class, you can get your Yoga workout in less than an hour. Feel refreshed and energized for the rest of the day.

SCULPT - HEATED 95-99 degrees. If you're looking to get your butt kicked, figuratively, this is the class for you. This class infuses components of Yoga, Barre, Pilates and Weight training. Build strength and definition in this high-energy experience that's fun and challenging.

DOLAFIT HEATED 98 degrees. The ultimate full body workout linking both isometric and dynamic body movements to strengthen and tone the entire muscular system. DF also utilizes interval training to burn calories while simultaneously leaning out the physique with weights and resistance props. This is a high energy class with the ambiance being set with the latest HipHop. Created by Manndola. *Intermediate to Advanced levels

RESTORE & RENEW - NON - HEATED. Step into a candlelit studio filled with tranquil tunes and ease into a blend of restorative postures and guided meditation supported by props in order to soothe the nervous system and enter into deep relaxation. Each class will include a blend of breath work, yin and restorative poses, and end with meditation. Learn how to incorporate meditation into your daily routine. This style of yoga provides a time for BEING instead of DOING. This class is a practice of actively cultivating the attitude of letting go! Open to ALL LEVELS.

ROLL & RELAX - NON - HEATED. The perfect compliment to your energetic workout or busy day, this class focuses on self care and DOWN-REGULATION. WE USE Yoga Tune Up® THERAPY BALLS TO roll out muscles and connective tissue that have gone stiff from overuse, abuse, or misuse. COMBINED WITH gentle stretches AND CORRECTIVE EXERCISES designed to get you feeling more

KUNDALINI YOGA & SOUND BATH- NON - HEATED. Kundalini Yoga uses movement, sound, breath and meditation to relax and restore your mind and body. It develops and improves your body's strength, flexibility and endurance, because this powerful and effective form of yoga focuses on stimulating the immune, nervous and endocrine systems. Awaken your own creative energy and unlock your full potential. In this class you will experience good techniques for self-development to generate profound and lasting advancement. Great for all levels.

STRETCH - NON - HEATED. This yin-based class enables practitioners to get into a posture and hold the pose through elongated breath work, getting into connective tissue and deepening the stretch. It teaches you to work through intensity and use breath to move through the poses. This is a slow paced deep stretch class, suitable for all levels.

ULTIMATE BOOTY BLAST - NON-HEATED. The best lower body workout to shape and tone your butt. A crazy mix of strength training and cardio blasts that will get you the results you want. Burn fat and sculpt your body at the same time, this is the next best thing to personal training.

CORE & CARDIO - NON-HEATED.   Strengthen, tighten, and burn fat with this body sculpting class. We utilize hand weigts, resistance bands, stability balls, and body weight to achieve body-defining results. Stregth training combined with cardio blasts will jump start your metabolism and have you burning calories long after the class is over.

ACRO  - NON-HEATED.  Lighthearted, playful, healing, and focused on full-body training. We compile the best of acrobatics and fun shapes. You do not need a partner to play!

BUTI ® Yoga - NON-HEATED. Buti®is a dynamic asana (movement) practice fused with primal movement, tribal dance, and deep core engagement. High energy practice that transforms the body by training the core using the spiral structure technique. All levels welcome!

BUTI ® Glow Yoga - NON-HEATED.   Special Buti® class will incorprate black lights, glow sticks, body paint and psychadelic visuals.
